      FHC Wellness and Rehab Center treats a variety of conditions including: Cervical and Lumbar pain; Joint problems; Tendonitis; Headaches; Myofascial pain; Sacro-iliac joint dysfunction; muscle weakness; gait instability; and more. Each patient will have an individualized treatment program to fit their needs with one on one treatment by the Physical Therapist.
