Very professional. Took special care in making sure our lawn did not get damaged. Went to the extreme of going onto roof and removing twigs and dead leaves! Outstanding response.

Didn't even get a quote. Called to get a quote and they set a time frame when the person should stop by and took my information. I called a couple hours after the time frame had passed and the person who picked up said they were running behind and another day would be better. I told the person it would have been nice to get a call prior letting me know this. I also said how all other places I had got a quotes from had no trouble arriving on time or calling me to let me know they would be late and how they are not doing a good job at selling me a server. The person on the phone had a brief laugh (the type that basically is saying to the other person they think your ridiculous and crazy). I said how unprofessional the response was just now to my statement and the fact that I was not called back to reschedule. The person then apologized for my experience. At that point I told her I hope they don't treat all potential customer I had been and said I'll take my business somewhere else.
