the worst. their phones were out for a day sothey couldn't deliver my order that i'ne been waiting a week for and have people lined upto work on??? have thry heard of email???what about using their own cell phone??? you mean all work stops because their phones are out for a day???

ups freight out of st louis for delivery is terrible. They just leave your shipment on their docks for days. they don't call to "schedule delivery" until you complain to customer service. "Schedule delivery" means wait another day and maybe they will show up. THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE SERVICE THAT IS TERRIBLE. Imagine, sits in Memphis 3 days then to St Louis sits for 2 days delivery hopefully tomorrow.
