Worst car rental experience ever. Rude staff, deliberately unhelpful. Kelly, one of the manager, is accusatorial, nasty and lies. Experience so bad I intend to litigate the matter. Go to the St. Louis airport office at your own risk.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, I rented a car with unlimited miles and because my travels were outside of their quote en quote, travel zones.. I had to pay an extra $20 per day. The manager Travis is extremely rude and very unprofessional. If you're going to preach policy, know what your policy is. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Don't waste your time because he will tell you you can take your business somewhere else
