The Star Agency is an independent insurance office that started in March of 2022. Julie Price, the agency owner, had a vision of making insurance more accessible to clients. She chose the location at S. 11th Street and Russell Ave, conveniently nestled in the Soulard neighborhood to be close to the residents she serves. Her vision is to create a â??boutiqueâ?? agency, where clients feel comfortable discussing their insurance needs with a trusted advisor.
