I need to amend my previous review as it was made in frustration and is not entirely accurate. Sole Survivor's website makes it clear that their items are made to order and that it will take 2-3 weeks to make and ship your order. They make high quality merchandise, and as long as you don't mind the wait, their products are well worth the money.

I don't know anything about their retail store, but avoid ordering anything from their website unless you are comfortable with the following: minimum 3 weeks production time (even for a small bracelet) and 10 day shipping time. Essentially, from the time you place your order until the day you receive your merchandise, it will be a minimum of 1 month. They do not respond to e-mail, and they charge your card the day you place the order. Bush league merchant. Won't even consider them again.
