As a nurse, I've worked with Senior Helpers in two premier facilities over several years. I found them always to be responsive to the individual needs of our residents, and they were excellent at communicating with me and the families as well. I was always able to reach a live person if any issues were to arise. I know that if the residents could use the internet, they would have high praise for Senior Helpers's service as well!

They address all of the calls and they come on emergency calls.

I remain so grateful for the good care that my dad is receiving. It gives me great peace of mind.

Senior Helpers is a great business. My mother recently had a stroke. She needed 24 hour care for several weeks after she was released from the hospital. I called Senior Helpers after researching and calling a number of different care providers in the area. I found Senior Helpers to be significantly better than many of the other places I contacted. They were more responsive and more helpful from the very beginning. I was very impressed with the quality of the caregivers -- I've encountered other caregivers in other situations with friends and relatives and I really think the ones Senior Helpers employees are a cut above the usual.
