Anthony’s counsel has been utilized by Fortune 50 companies and start-ups alike. Given his depth of business and legal knowledge, he frequently serves as outside general counsel to his clients. He has advised public and private businesses across a wide-range of industries, including automotive, consulting, defense contracting, food service, logistics, publishing, retailing, real estate, telecom, textiles and transportation. In addition, Anthony has significant cross-border experience, having assisted US-based clients with their needs outside the US, as well as non-US clients needing assistance with US-related matters. Prior to returning to his native St. Louis, he practiced law in New York with a large, global firm.
