Been going there since 2005. Same Mgr. Jamie all this time. Repairs to my vehicle have always been right or made right. Recommendation to the 1 star people who like to complain: "Find ONE mechanical shop (like I have) and stick with it." If you do then you will trust them and they won't have to have silly little comments from those who go to a different mechanic for every repair. Thanks Jamie, I appreciate all the good work all these years.

I took my car into to get an estimate for a muffler. I am a well dress white female that drives a luxury car and for this, they thought they could try and sell a bunch of crap to me that I don't need. They quoted me 520 dollars but would not tell me the costs for parts and labor. Think twice about going to this location. I proceeded to go to a local mom and pop place the following day and 220 later my car is quiet. So Midas on page is a Shady location and shady shop.

I have a fleet of 8 trucks. Midas has been servicing since 2008. I appreciate Jamie and the guys. Much better then average pricing. I get the occasional ride back to work and they are good a diagnosing my trucks problems. I recommend. John H.

Midas I've called in to your customer service line 5 TIMES to get response from regional management about an issue & have received NO phone call. Then I received a call from the branch manager who said he would keep deleting any request I have to be contacted, said corporate would do nothing, then he hung up in my face. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

My daughter had our 02 grand caravan at this Midas for an overheating problem that caused my daughter to be stuck away from family and home. She stopped in for service on the overheating problem and the Mgr. (Mike) spoke with Michelle and called me to let me know the situation.



It seems the coolant flush done by another repair facility earlier that same day had not had all the air taken out of the coolant system and that bubble of air was causing an overheating problem.



Midas only charged my daughter/ and I for the 15 minutes of time it took to remove the air pocket and get her on her way.



In this day and age when you cannot count (obviously, the first repair faciltiy)on everyone doing the job right it is good to know there are still good business' out there who will go above and beyond to do the right thing.



I'll pass on the good word.
