MacroSun International works directly with traditional artisans and craftspeople in India, Nepal, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and refugees from Tibet, Burma, and Afghanistan. MacroSun was founded in 1991, based on a deep respect for the cultures of South Asia, and on personal friendships with artisans in the area. MacroSun’s vision is to promote peace, knowledge, and respect both for our cultural differences and for the common humanity we share. Fair trade is central to the mission and purpose of MacroSun International. For over 18 years, we have worked directly with the artisans of South and Southeast Asia valuing them as both friends and business partners.
