Landlords Moving Service is a corporation that handles evictions by filing court orders, coordinating the jobs with real estate agents, attorneys and deputies, gaining entry to the property, and removing all defendant's personal property, giving you legal possession. We also do property preservation work. (Please see Services Page) We are licensed, bonded, and insured with over 30 years of experience. 9 jurisdictions: In MO - St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Warren, and Lincoln in IL - St. Clair and Madison counties. We work with over 40 law firms in St. Louis and 100 major real estate management & investment companies as well as out-of-state servicing companies, apartment complexes, and landlords. Because of the volume of work we do, we are able to offer the best service at a reasonable price.
