Lacretia Daniels is an adult nurse practitioner who specializes in general and structural cardiology for patients ages 18 and older. She cares for patients with chronic and acute cardiac diseases and conditions, specializing in coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. She collaborates with other members of the cardiology team to provide hospital cardiology consultations and clinic follow ups; perform in-depth physical examinations; and order and interpret diagnostic testing. Daniels believes medicine should be a collaborative effort between the patient and the medical provider. She strongly encourages her patients to become more involved in and take accountability for their personal health to ensure greater, long-term success.
