I got my hair cut and colored here over two years ago and I will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone. I found a coupon online and decided to give the place a try- lets just say I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. The minute I got there it was announced across the whole salon that the 'coupon appointment' had arrived and the stylists all looked at each other like no one wanted to be stuck with me. A short lady who was on the heavier side finally gave in and asked me to follow her to her station. I took my hair out of my ponytail and apologized for the condition of my hair because I had just finished working out. She then proceeded to comb through it, complaining the whole time before she THREW her comb on to the counter and told me we would have to wash it first because my hair was too dirty. I explained that I had just showered the night before and that is wasn't dirty just sweaty. I could have forgotten the horrible experience if the end result was quality- not the case.

Excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and my stylist did a great job. My new hair style has received many compliments and I have finally found a great new salon.

Ads state satisfaction guaranteed. Hair cut was unworkable. When I contacted the next day Andre' was extremely snooty and rude. Owner ignored my written complaint until I contacted BBB. Owner resolution was for me to come in for another cut. I requested a refund. Owner refused. After I received a bad cut and was treated so badly and ignored, there was way I was going to subject myself to this again.
