- FireplacesICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently completed work at the Missouri Athletic Club West. This $1.4 million project consisted of the renovation of the club lobby and main dining room as well as the construction of a bar and patio addition. According to the MAC, the new "1903 Bar" was named after the Missouri Athletic Club's founding year, and was constructed to create an adult space for members to grab a drink, celebrate a special occasion, or entertain clients. The bar features, rich woodwork, multiple TVs, and two private alcoves that seat up to 12 people, as well as an outside patio that includes a fireplace and additional seating. ICS is proud to have partnered with the MAC on this important addition to their West Clubhouse.

- New ConstructionICS Set to Start Work on New City Hall Complex for the City of Glendale — ICS Construction Services, Ltd.

- LandscapingICS Construction Services, Ltd. completed M1 Bank’s newest branch location in Des Peres Missouri in early April 2019. The building, a former candy store, was completely transformed both on the exterior and the interior. Exterior improvements included new windows, GFRC columns and accents, brick stain, a new drive-through with canopy and skylight, as well as new landscaping. Interior improvements included the complete gut renovation of the space with all new offices, conference rooms, new terrazzo floors, wood ceilings, and a stone feature wall. This marks the second branch that ICS has completed for M1; the first being their location in Clayton Missouri. Formed in early 2018, M1 Bank offers clients, who range from businesses to individuals and families, a personalized and boutique banking experience. “We’re relationship-focused,” states founder Ken Poteet. “We really know the people we serve, and not just from a transactional standpoint. When a particular client has a need, we understand their background and financial situation, and are able to have a dialogue about how to accomplish their goals.” For more information click here.
