      I am the new owner as of 12/1/10 and I want everyone to know that Heege Place Apartments is a nice place to live. We have installed all new roofs, a number of new furnaces, painted hallways, installed new carpet in countless units, etc., etc. We are professional apartment owners/managers and we can assure you that your decision to live at Heege Place Apartments will not be a bad one.
