- Amenities
- We are committed to helping your child grow socially, emotionally, physically and adacemically in an inclusive school. Good Shepherd maintains a small child-to-teacher ratio to ensure that each child gets the attention he or she needs to grow. Our teacher ratios for infants and toddlers up to age 2 is 1:4 and our ratio for ages 2-5 is 1:6--fewer children than required under state law. As a NAEYC-accredited school, Good Shepherd is required to meet intense standards. We abide by more indepth and above-the-minumum requirements that the State of Missouri has set for child care in St. Louis. Every classroom's lead teacher has a bachelor’s degree, and use fun and creative ways to ensure your child develops and learns. Each teacher creates early learning lesson plans that promote healthy child development. Good Shepherd School is a local, St. Louis based school where parents and children are not just a number but part of our family.
- Associations
- Good Shepherd is NAEYC Certified. Only 6% of Missouri childcare centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children? (NAEYC).
