Reviews
We have done business for 3 years with Express Chem. Most of the people at the office are very nice. It is Chris the manager who you must watch your back for. Every time he opens his mouth he is lying.
Andrew Foley is the owner and impossible to contact. So I am left with this review to Express My Grief ... When orders are shipped the arrival is fast. When the product is blended correctly then it is great. If not for many excuses with no resolve, and very poor customer service, this company can go places. But they are happy to take your money and ignore your plight.
The furniture stripper when it comes in stinking like rotten fish is because it has been blended with inferior products and is about 20% less powerful by unscientific shop tests.
The second problem is their finish dept.. gets the Satin and Gloss mixed up. Again nothing but fussing with Chris who asks for videos and then he argues that it's fine, even with video proof.
PS Gloss have very little setiment and is clear to the bottom of the can. The stuff we got had white stuff that had to be stirred up, "Not Gloss" ... Chris again says all is well and they are not going to ship out the right stuff. We have heard of other shops getting bad product a year ago but never experienced ourselves it till September 2018.
Extremely poor manners and business practices ... everyone makes mistakes but this team has problems with rectifying their errors.
I think they have problems with their blender and parent company Chem Sphere and the people who really suffer is the customer ..."the trade shops". We hope Mr. Foley gets back in his office and answers the phone and takes care of his customers.
