Dr. Cristian Campian is a SLUCare urogynecologist and assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Campian specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and chronic pelvic pain. He uses minimally invasive surgical techniques – laparoscopic, vaginal, and robotic – to minimize recovery time for patients. Dr. Campian is an active member of the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists and American Urogynecologic Society. He has lectured internationally on minimally invasive surgery for urogynecological conditions. Dr. Campian came to SLUCare from Baltimore, where he was chosen by his peers as a Top Doctor for 2013, according to Baltimore magazine. In 2012, he received the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists National Faculty Award. Outside of medicine, Dr. Campian enjoys hiking, snow skiing with his family, and international travel. His favorite travel destination is China.
