  After his service to the State of Missouri, Maurice accepted an invitation to join the law firm of Evans & Dixon, L.L.C, where he was offered a partnership after only three years. After transitioning to his own private practice, Maurice founded a successful minority owned and operated firm, specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury defense. He then went on to become a founding member of Simon & Early, P.C., and during his ten year tenure, was instrumental in turning the firm into one of the most successful workers’ compensation defense firms in the area.

  Brandy concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation and employment law, but has experience in the areas of tort litigation, including premises liability, personal injury, appellate practice, insurance law, and medical malpractice. Brandy has participated in appeals to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Illinois’ Court of Appeals’ Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Illinois Court of Appeals for the Fifth District, the Missouri Supreme Court, the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Southern District of Missouri, the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission.
