My approach is both supportive and directive as I actively teach and model the skills my clients need to identify, modify and work with difficult thoughts, emotions and behavioral patterns. My focus is in providing exceptional care in a supportive and nurturing environment while empowering my clients to connect more deeply with their inner strengths and resiliency. As a holistic practitioner I draw upon my decades of studying and practicing meditation, mind body approaches, ancient wisdom teachings and cutting edge energy psychology techniques.
