Dr. Don's previous employer stated, "Dr. Don Respess is a licensed psychologist and a board certified behavior analyst. He is highly trained in behavior principles and can teach these to parents who have children with behavior problems. When working with children he uses the approach of having the parents intensely involved in the exploration and intervention of their child's problem behavior. Dr. Respess is also a generalist who enjoys working with adults. He will engage you to look at the reality of your situation and recognize the things that you have control over and the things that you do not. He will encourage you to step out and face your fears as well as count your blessings. Dr. Respess works best with clients who are willing to work in therapy in an open-minded way with possible out-of-the-box solutions."
