Buying with the Dean Team has never been so rewarding! The sales team was phenomenal and the one to provide the most help was Zac Underwood. I will and have already recommend Deans Team and Zac Underwood to my friends and family. Keep up the solid service and hard work!

Rich did a great job explaining the cars features and working with us on price. He was very knowledgeable about the cars history and was able to address all of our needs. The price we came to was very fair and he was up front inmaking the deal. I also feel the service after this sale will be excellent as they have options to deal with any issues we may have throughout the life of the car.

FABULOUS dealership, great group of guys who will bend over backwards to help you find your perfect VW. No pressure to "buy now!!" or to add on millions of dollars worth of extras, which is GREATLY appreciated - something that makes me definitely want to come back. Also, and most importantly, they actually made the entire buying experience fast and EASY - something I thought was impossible until today!! I'm now a customer for life! Thank you guys SO MUCH for a positive car shopping/buying experience!

My experience at the Dean Team was great! I found my CC online, and they gave me a price I could work with. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! I felt very at home at the dealership and it had a very relaxed, fun atmosphere. It's definitely not your typical car dealership. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I asked my husband to call Dave. Within a couple of hours, the DEAN TEAM was able to find what we needed, give us a fair trade on our vehicles and we both walked away with cars that we wanted at the price that the other dealer swore they couldn't do. Maybe their overhead is higher, I am just not sure. They may have been doing all they could do, but that means other dealers must have a bit more wiggle room (GOOD NOTE TO FUTURE BUYERS)

The first car we bought from Dean Team had some issues with the alignment and body that weren't discovered until after we had bought it. The Carfax was clean and the problems were fixable, but I wanted a car without these issues. After searching all around the U.S., Rich (and Colin, the GM) found us the exact same car without the problems and traded our original car for it. They made sure our new car was clean and in great shape, fixed all the minor cosmetic things from normal wear and tear on a 3 year old car. Our car looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted!

I set out to lower my monthly payments, increase my mileage, and to purchase a car with a warranty. They were able to meet all these goals and exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family...in fact i already have!

I was in the market for a Volkswagen CC. Went to a few VW places and then stopped in at the Dean Team Vw in Kirkwood. I met a salesperson named Eddie. He was awesome! He knew everything about the car, gave me the price I wanted and really made the process enjoyable. If you hate the car buying process go see Eddie. He will make you like buying a car again.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Zac, Dave and the entire Dean Team Staff. Zac was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase and allowed us to drive new and used models to help us make up our minds. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to this dealership and to Zac for their new and used car purchases in the future

From the moment I arrived until the moment I drove off the lot, these guys were all about customer service. I believe Zack would've let me drive every car on that lot until I found the one I was happy with. They really worked with me so that I could get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I can't thank Zack and Charles enough! Everyone at the Kirkwood Dean Team VW dealership was friendly and helpful, from sales to financing. I'd recommend anyone looking for a new or a used car to visit their lot. I'm extremely pleased!

My experience is unusual. I purchased an 08 Bettle from Rich and did not like the car after I got it home. I brought it back and traded it for a 06 Touareg a month later. Four months later, I started to have some mechanical problems with it. I was also spending way too much money in gas ($80/week) than I could afford so I needed to trade it. I called Rich to get my payoff and I vented about all the problems I was having with it. He could have easily blew me off but he went the extra mile and told me to come back and he would help me. I went back and traded the Touareg for a new Jetta TDI. So far I love the car and really love the better gas mileage. All of my dealings with Rich throughout all this was great, but I do not have alot of good to say about the service dept. They never resolved my headlight problem with the Touareg and in the several times I had to go there it felt more like moving cattle in and out instead of addressing my issues I was having. There needs to be two separate

What a great car buying experience! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very taken care of. We were offered refreshments on several occasions and our sales person Richard couldn't have been nicer. A totally painless car buying expereience! I would definately recommend calling Richard at Dean Team Kirkwood when considering an automobile purchase.

Richard was very nice and helpful. He was efficent and got me what I wanted in a short amount of time. I didnt feel pressured like I did at other car lots. He gave me the time to decide what I wanted and acted quickly to get me on my way. Dave in finance was also very helpful.

Treated fairly and with respect by all staff. Always think I could have got a better deal, but that is a reflection on me more than the dealer. Time to purchase the call was good. Buying a car always seems to take so long. Received a fair price for my trade. Really will like the free car washes. Dealer installed a new battery just so they could be sure I wouldn't be stuck anywhere (battery was dead when we test drove).

Richard was very nice to work with, he was freindly, provided answers to all our question, it did take a little to much time getting the offers back from the sales manager. I would of liked a better deal, but was satisfied with the one we ended up with. the car was cleaned and detaled when we received it and a 90 service apoitment was set up, I guess we will see if the service that was promased will be there. thank you

A.J was super friendly and not pushy at all. It took me a month to purchase the vehicle that I wanted. AJ was patient and very helpful. I am recently widowed and was very scared to do this. No regrets at all. The Dean Team is great. Thank You!!
