Horrible service! They had our car all day, said they would get to it in an hour.still hadn't touched it at 7:00. Asked if they could get it done it we brought the car back at 10:00 open, told they would try to have it done by 7pm. Forget about it! Don't know how they are in business!
This is one of THE MOST unpleasant experiences I have EVER had with ANY company. It took 4 trips there and 2 weeks for them to work on our vehicle. The outcome was 8 hours in driving time, $177, and a total loss of our volume in our vehicle. NOBODY knew what was going on, why or when anything was done. I spoke with Managers, Regional Managers and still NO resolution of the problem. Our stereo system is so messed up the dealer won't even look at it and my husband says NO one could pay him to take the car back to Custom Sounds. I would give a negative 5 star review if possible.
