Dr. Thapa is a primary care physician on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center. 'As a primary care physician, I try to be compassionate and make patients feel comfortable during their visit,' Dr. Thapa says. 'I care for patients and families as a whole and make a difference in patients' lives. As a primary care physician, Dr. Thapa focuses on preventative care. He performs annual physicals, employment physicals, well-women exams, joint injections, and minor biopsies. He treats COPD, heart failure, diabetes, obesity, upper respiratory infections, arrhythmias, abdominal-related complaints and sexually transmitted diseases.
