I done work for the owner of this company Joe Freeman the contract States that I would receive payment upon passing occupancy inspection. He is a HomeVestors- We buy ugly house franchise owner so I contacted them because he was holding so much of a final payment $2500 of a $4500 to try and get him to release some funds because I had exclusively worked for him for the last month and had not received any money even after I put the extra time and my own money to build new handrails because the handrails he wanted to keep were unrepairable so after giving me his word I would receive final payment he backed out stating that I had talked to HomeVestors and now my deck wasn't good enough but it was the day before when it passed inspection. Fact of the matter is that he refuses to pay me Thanksgiving is tomorrow so me and my family are going to go without cause of it. This guy is not only someone I would never do work for again he's someone nobody should ever even think about doing business with. I'd give him -5 stars if I could. Stay away from Joe Freeman show him that people do not treat people the way he does.
