Founded in 1986, Bush O Donnell Investment Advisors is registered under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. The subsidiary manages assets for individuals and families, corporate retirement plans, and charitable foundations and endowments. Bush O'Donnell Capital Partners makes mezzanine and private equity investments between $2 and $10 million. The subsidiary serves as the fund manager of various licensed and small business investment companies. It has partnerships with several management and other private equity investors to supply growth and the change of control capital to middle market businesses. Bush O'Donnell Capital Partners portfolio companies include FURminator, Great Expressions Dental Centers, McCormick Scientific, Kieffer & Company and RapcoHorizon.
