  While our roots are as a self-perform general contractor, the trend in the industry has been towards “management only” contractors who rely on subcontractors for all of the execution. We highly value the relationships with our subcontractors and recognize their critical role in construction. Even though we self-perform less work than in the past, we maintain the capability. Usually, the subcontractor market responds well with good competitive bids. However, there are times when we need to step in to handle a particularly complex or critical element of work. Our self-perform capabilities cover structural concrete, architectural concrete, structural steel erection, miscellaneous metals installation, carpentry, specialties installation, selective demolition, hand excavation, and general debris removal/cleanup.
