International & Business Law: In addition to our International Immigration Practice, we may assist with international commercial arbitration including negotiation of contracts, and international business disputes We handle intellectual property issues such as patent, trademark, copyright and import/export compliance. We specialize in joint venture issues, and foreign manufacturing transplants. We assist small and medium-sized businesses with business formation, contracts, and matters concerning the sale of a business or the establishment of branch offices. We also assist businesses with L visas for intra-company transferees, and E-1/E-2 treaty trader visas.
