He grew up in a profoundly musical household, as his father being a well known Mobile DJ in the Northeast Kansas area taught him everything he needed to know about the entertainment field from a very young age. At age 10 his father purchased his very own set of Numark belt-drive turntables for a Christmas present & from then on his passion for DJ-ing will never fade an always strive to give the very best possible show with the skills he's learned over many, many years. He began playing in local bars, school dances, nightclubs & charity events in his hometown of St. Joseph, MO & surrounding areas DJ-ing for various DJ companies gaining knowledge and experience. "Z MAN" has also spent a lot of time learning how to produce, video edit and make his own custom remixes to play at certain events. "Z MAN's" musical style is far from limited as he grew up spending almost every weekend with his father DJ-ing all sorts of events, he soon began to love all music from Elvis to Lil Jon, you name it, he'll mix it. Michael has also been Live Video Mixing for over 6 years & has well over 100,000 of the highest quility audio/video's of all genre to keep the dance floor packed for any occasion.
