Eugene Field Elementary School provides a range of academic and extracurricular programs for more than 320 students in kindergarten through grade six. Its curriculum features classes in various subjects, such as science, math, social studies, foreign language, and visual and communication arts. The school also administers band, art, music, speech therapy, counseling and physical education programs. Eugene Field Elementary School is a recipient of the Missouri Gold Star Award and National No Child Left Behind Blue Ribbon Award. It has a parent-teacher association that encourages parental involvement in children s education. In addition, the school maintains Channel 41, which is a television channel that informs parents about meetings, school functions and other important news about the school.
