If you are traveling anywhere near the St. Joe area you have to stop here. Have a ham sandwich and buy some to take home. Ham is thinly sliced and smoked to perfection. Also a MUST HAVE is the smoked bacon. This is the best anywhere, never had better anywhere in the US. We used to be able to order on the phone and have it shipped, I think laws changed and they cannot ship raw meat. SO SAD!This is the kind of bacon where you must save the fat for other cooking. If they have the little fat chunks buy some of that, too, for baked beans, green beans, to flavor baked or roasted meats or veggies.I can;t say enough about this place, or the kind folks that own it.Cathy, from Illinois
