Founded in 1958, Harbor Country Day School is an independent, coeducational school that serves students in nursery through grade eight. The organization offers opportunities to participate in several organizations, including the National Junior Honor Society and student council. Its schools provide classes for English, mathematics, foreign languages, social studies and science. The organization is chartered by the New York State Board of Regents. Harbor Country Day School operates several after-school clubs, including chess, drama, builders, art and cheerleaders.
