Our first meeting with Greg was great. Not only did he get to know our financial situation, but he took the time to get to know us as a couple. He spent a lot of time with us that first meeting and he continued that attentiveness throughout the entire process. He helped reassure us we were ready to take this next step and demystified the world of financing, helping us to feel more confident. We also wanted to work with Greg because he is familiar with the workings of a VA loan in addition to all the other financing options. He has multiple lenders with whom he works and was our liaison between the banks. He advised us on the different financing options and counseled us as to which would work best for our specific situation. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful ability to translate the industry jargon into something we could understand. He is also very well organized and dependable. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions (even five months after closing when we emailed him with a question regarding our escrow account!) and was available to us when we were available.
