The Culinary Institute of America is one of the world’s most unique and enriching schools for food and wine education. Built in the late 19th century and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, our impressive Greystone facility in St. Helena was once home to the Christian Brothers Winery. We offer dining in the Gatehouse Restaurant; espresso and pastry from The Bakery Cafe, shopping for everything culinary in the Spice Islands Marketplace, and historic public tours, including the historic Barrel Room, and the amazing collection of 1000+ corkscrews.
