This is a building for old and disabled adults. The management is seldom available for the tenants and the maintenance is laughable. There is no emergency help for things such as broken air conditioners, water pipes, etc. The management will just let their elderly tenants sit in 100 degree plus apartments for days until they decide to become available! This is a life threatening situation for elderly people but apparently Red Cliff Manor does not care!
