Hoskins Engineering & Development specializes in transportation planning and traffic engineering in both the private and public sectors. We work closely with private developers to ensure that the product will meet applicable standards, yet maintain the vision that brought the inception of the project. We have also worked with many local municipalities in preparing their master plans, capital facilities plans, and roadway impact fees. We have developed a good working relationship with UDOT in helping clients obtain access onto the state highway system. We have formed partnerships with local engineers and planners to provide services on large scale projects. These partnerships also allow us to consult with other professionals on project matters and include them, when necessary, to complete a project. This gives us the ability to meet your scheduling needs on all types of projects. He is a registered professional engineer in Utah and Idaho and has over 10 years of experience working in the transportation analysis, planning, and design arena.
