I found All City Appliance on Craigslist. My 14 yr old gas dryer stopped heating, and I wanted to buy a used dryer. I didn't think the dryer would be worth fixing, but saw the listing for All City and called.Mike arrived right on time, and was able to fix the dryer in about 20 minutes.... even had the parts on his truck. The total charge was under $150 even with the trip charge.

WOW!I found All City Appliance on Craig's List and called on Thursday morning. Michael answered the phone and said he'd be there between 12 and 2 the same day!He found the problem right away. I was sure I would have to buy another washer. Imagine how surprised I was when the estimate was less than $100 !Of course I wanted him to fix it. And then, I just about dropped my jaw on the floor when Mike pulled the part out of his pocket! He had my washer fixed in less than 10 minutes.I gladly handed him my Visa card, cause I know some companies would have charged twice that amount, or put in parts I didn't need - and they would have made me wait days to get my washer fixed.All I can say is, WOW. It sounds strange, but I truly enjoyed working with someone with as professional an attitude as Michael. I am impressed by professionalism and skill, and he has both.
