I called your store today and got all my questions answered very quickly and friendly i give the employee on the 12th day of jan.2013 a five star rating out of five. Exellent help that person deserves a raise in pay. Thank you for all your help will tell others to use same store!!

Wow, I have never in 36 years been treated so disrespectfully by a person or store. The manager of this store first admitted they were wrong and then told me it was my responsibility they were wrong. In all honesty I believe he might have been on something when I spoke with him. He refused to give me the name of the owner and then got very confrontational stating there was nothing I could do but write a letter to him (the manager) and he would file it. Well sadly for him that is not how business really works and we are filing a civil suit for breach of contract, and filing with the better business bureau.
