I don't do reviews... I am not a very trusting person... When I can do something myself, I do, because then I know it has been done well & right. We just bought an old house, the carpets were not bad as far as stains & dirt, but I watch my niece & nephew daily and I wanted carpets cleaned, so I cleaned them. My husband said he wanted them deep cleaned so he convinced me to let Stanley Steemer come out. When they were done, the carpets looked a little bit cleaner over all, but what I was impressed about was that they got a few staines up that I couldn't get when I used multiple products & a machine. They guys were nice, knowledgable & respectful. The 2 big rooms we had cleaned & deodorized took a total of 49 mins (from them dragging in their hoses to them driving away.) I will use them again!

Very poor customer service. This company only cares about your money, not about making you happy. They will force products on you that you don't want. They have damaged property. When you call the office, you will get the run around for weeks and no one will talk to you. They will deny any fault in anything that they caused and will under no circumstances refund your money. I recommend any company besides this one.
