This place is absolutely awful! I wasn't aware it was for people with poor credit. They call non-stop even when payments are on time. I have asked them numerous times to stop harrassing us but the calls don't stop even though we are on time. Worst place I have ever dealt with. They don't even deserve one star!

Me and my wife got some appliances and a snowblower from them. I not long after became disabled and could not work any longer. We eventually fell behind on payments. They called and I told them to come pick everything up that I could not afford to pay. I was promptly told that they do not take returns. I ask what should I do then and was told to pay. Then they started calling and harassing me They said that they would take us to court. I talked to their manager on the phone and was told that they would com and get it all if it was still in good shape So I ask what if it wasn't. I was told that they would then garenshee wages to get the differance I told them that I was disabled he told me that they would take my SSI check then.

DO NOT do business with this company; I've had to file charges for physical harassment (against both the location and a particular individual there named Mitch Michelson, Assistant Store Manager and arrogant 23 YEAR OLD SLIME BAG) and trespassing, along with a complaint for unfair, illegal, and unnecessary collection practice.

These people are vulgar and SHADY. Their business practices are 110% illegal (check with the state attorney general). They have showed up, literally to my door (on the day a payment is due) multiple times asking for a cash payment-FROM MY NANNY! They have refused to take a credit card by phone initially when I was out of state for business and attempted to call it in. When they finally did, they charged my card SIX TIMES the payment amount due without apology.

I asked nearly immediately to return this furniture once I realized who these people were, they said that it was not possible. I was told that "showing up at my door was a courtesy reminder", even showing up early. Mitch, the assistant store manager, has sworn and used vulgar language several times by phone, which was recorded on my office phone system and provided to the Attny General as proof of ethics. They have also discussed financial information with third parties not on the account.

My last interaction with them was them showing up a day EARLY, admittedly, and demanding to be let in my home again, without ANY form of identification, refusing to give me their names. They appeared at my back door (parking their vehicle down the block), allowing my four year old son outside without my knowledge (I also have a full security system so I heard my door upstairs). When I asked them to identify themselves, they said "Don't worry about it." They showed up without any sort of paperwork, receipt, NOTHING. These men (one of them I know know is the same Mitch who was on the phone) insisted they would be let in against my consent.

These people are dirty sharks. Don't bother with them. I did not realize that this store was for people with extremely poor credit and you would be paying double what your furniture is worth. They also advertise falsely what you are getting (services such as scotch guarding, cleaning, etc).

I placed the furniture outside and told them to pick it up after buying a new set cash. They are complete SCUM bags personally and professionally, and again, I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company. It appears that several others feel the same way and have had similar experiences.

The salesman was very nice but did not disclose some of the facts in the contract was told that they are very flexible on payments here to find out if you miss one payment they will come and repossess whatever you're paying for I do not recommend doing business with them unless it's absolutely necessary he like it was in my case that is all

Poor quality furniture. Very expensive interest rates. For those of us with less than perfect credit, this company takes full advantage. I would recommend a used furniture store instead of this place.

The people at Home Choice are ...

The people at Home Choice are awesome! They work very hard to help you get the item(s) that you need or want to buy. Past credit issues are NOT a problem! With a very short application to fill out( pending its approval) you can walk out the same day(or a day or two-AT MOST) with your item(s) of interest. They offer delivery, and set up of larger items. You can mix and match pieces of a set, to create a style all your own. I recommend Home Choice to everyone I know that needs an item(s) for their home, and can't afford to pay out-right for such things. For those of us living on a tight budget, and need to make payments on most things in our life, this is the place for you! Thanks Home Choice!!!!
