We believe in making yoga accessible to even the most unlikely candidates, regardless of size, shape, age, flexibility,or fitness level. Our approach is safe, compassionate, and skillful teaching. We offer beginner and intermediate group yoga classes, Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Yang/Yin Yoga, Yoga Bliss, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, as well as private and semi-private yoga sessions for fitness, health, and healing...mind, body, and spirit.
