Love the stylists at Moxie! Always friendly and down to earth. Very flexible and willing to work my appointment into their schedule. Always very satisfied with the results. Tanning beds are always clean and efficient.

I don't know what the heck amanada.gabbert.1 is talking about, but I LOVED Moxie when I went for my haircut! She even styled it for me and didn't charge me since it was the end of the day and I was her last customer. It didn't take her long, at all, and she cute it exactly how I wanted it! I also got my eyebrows waxed here. Loved the service!

False accusation

This is all false. All sales are final on equipment in our salon. Had the customer been truthful upfront, and just stated they did not want the flat iron they had received as a gift, we could have remedied the situation. Instead they chose to claim it was defective, and it was not. It was a gift set I purchased from State Beauty Supply, in perfect working condition, to sell in the salon. Had there honestly been something wrong with this equipment, I would have been more than happy to assist them in contacting the manufacturer for replacement (since it had been more than 30 days). Instead, they tried to make a scene in the salon. Two of my stylists, and myself, used the flat iron to see if the claims were accurate. Ironically, it worked perfect for all three of us.

We value our clients' trust and opinions, and would never purposely do anything to discourage that.

I wouldn't go here. My friend tried to return a straightener because they sold her one that was broke. The owner Angie tried to tell her it wasn't broke while straightening her hair in the store. It was clearly not working and I don't support companies that run their businesses like this. Customer service is not their forte. Not only did she yell at my friend but when the straightener was originally bought, the owner didn't charge tax or give her a receipt. If a company was selling something they knew worked, they would have done both of these things. She obviously scammed my friend and it has been reported to a number of agencies. Keep your money and spend it at a more respectful, professional small business.
