I have family here in St Clair and that is the only breakfast I have ever raved about in my travels around half of the world. The down home cooking and service is at the top of list for a diner. And the coconut cream pie is the best that I have ever had. This restaurant is definitely a stop in when traveling on Interstate 44 outside of the St Louis area. You will not be disappointed.

It was some of the best food I ever had in a diner!!! This place was great!!! I was traveling through Missouri, now I know that I will come back to St. Claire just to stay and eat at Lewis Cafe! I can't wait to go back!!
