She believes that moderation truly is key for achieving long lasting lifestyle goals. Neha has always had a passion for cooking and as a child she spent hours in the kitchen with her mother. From there, she learned about the essential qualities of cuisine and how they sustain and heal. She began college as a nursing student. Introduction to Nutrition was a required prerequisite course that immediately captured her attention. She discovered many opportunities in dietetics as a potential career that directly correlated with her passion for nutrition.
