Will never go to again and I suggest you stay away, too. Got a call from Fox Valley VW and was told that I had an auto-approval for a car loan. To make a long story short, that wasn't the case. The car saleswoman was rude to me the whole time I was there and rolled her eyes throughout our conversations and kept telling me I was unrealistic. When they called me back the next day, they refused to discuss financing options with me unless I came in. Waste of time and energy. I did end up getting a car in my city (Naperville) and no one was rude to me. Do business elsewhere. This place is horrible.

Do Not Buy a Car from Fox Valley Volkswagen. These guys pulled a bait and switch with me on a car loan I applied for... and that was after I had to jump through hoops to even find this out. How would you like to be told you were approved for a $7,000 car loan but that you would have to put $2,500 down and the loan was still going to be $7,000? That means the loan for a $7,000 ended up being $9,500. That is a loan shark dressed in a tie and pretending they are a 'loan officer'. But even ignoring this, there are two offices with Fox Valley and I had one office try to push my loan through even though they knew I was working with the other office. So my credit got hit twice. They were misleading and only out for the sale. I even filed a complaint with the BBB which was a first for me. There are plenty of other VW dealers around that should be your first option.
