I have been going to the laundry room for years. I love this place. I came on here to get their phone number and seen bad reviews, I have never had a bad experience with them. The owner is a great guy, one day I was in there and he was filling the soda machine, and he handed out drinks to everyone in there. They always have coffee and tea for the customers and even started offering candy. I can tell he really cares about his customers by the way he keeps the place up. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
They won't answer their phone even though they are there. I kept calling to find out when the latest load could be started. Drive over there and gathered my stuff at my van and entered at 7 min after 8 pm and she said even though they close at 9:30 pm she couldn't allow a load to start after 8 pm. I said OMG! I just called for an hour and you wouldn't even answer your phone and I was here at 8 but gathering my stuff and you won't let me start my loads just 7 min after?! If you had answered the phone then I wouldn't have driven across town or I would have made sure I was here earlier!.......ridiculous waste of my gas and time. Screw them.

The Laundry Room is THE cleanest laundromat one will EVER step foot in. The facility is air conditioned, which is a huge plus with Florida's summer heat. There are a number of washers ranging in capacity from one load to four, as well as at least thirty dryers. The attendants know most of their customers by name and really go out of their way to provide a clean, well maintained place to do laundry. They also provide an excellent drop off service, doing fluff and fold at $1.10 per pound.
Very clean. Easy access. Lots of new machines.
I've been to this laundromat for a while and thought the place is a nice place to come. I had trouble with one of the machines, this man that worked there came over to help me because the washer was banging. He explained to me that the machine was "off-balance." But as time went on the machine banged louder and I asked him if my clothes was going to wash properly? He said, "just because the machine banged doesn't mean it's not going to get my clothes clean, he knows because he's been in this business for 15 years." After 45 minutes the machine stopped and the clothes was still soaked with detergent and water. The man told me that I "must of put too much clothes in the washer, I need to move my clothes in the bigger washer." ??????
