The elevators keep breaking down so you have to cart your groceries up to 4 flights depending on your location. the irrigation system comes on at night and has a foul smell. this has been going on for months. They decide to block access to the elevator for a week to paint without prior notification. (I am on a cane). and phone calls are NOT returned in a timely manner. the garbage bin doors take superman to open. I am NOT staying here!!!
