What can I say about these guys? Not good things. Please save your money. Unprofessional. I could not get them on the phone even after I paid for the job. It took them a week and 4 days to reach out to me after I paid 2,0000.. I should’ve believed all the negative reviews I read before paying for this. The review you see left by Hans King,,, well he works there! Imagine that, reviewing your own business. This place is VERY unprofessional. If you call no answer....if you try to leave a voicemail the box is full. Please go elsewhere. The lady who works there jotted down my credit card information front to back with out even asking me. I had to cancel the card . Don’t avoid the negative reviews like I did! Instead of asking me what day I would like the countertops to be installed.. they TOLD me a day. Then ended up issuing an apology email. This company SHOULD NOT be in business. Lost my information also. They are contractors of Home Depot but definitely should not be! AWFUL I CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH. The only positive reviews are from people who WORK there.

Bad and misleading business. This company has a contract with home depot so be aware. I used their services through home depot and they screwed my order. I measured the kitchen and bathroom countertops and received an estimate. I included the backsplash in both drawings. When JJ imports reviewed the estimate they included a charge for the additional sink and back splash. Upon installation the back splash in the kitchen was not included and the company said it wasn't included in the drawing. Backsplash was mentioned twice, during estimate and upon measurement. It wasn't added because it was their way to do business so that you would think their prices are adequate. Do not trust them and go through a company other than Home Depot for your countertop needs.

Terrible service, unresponsive, rude, unprofessional. Messed up my vanity top, used wrong sinks and tried to convince me that it is okay. Still don't have a functioning bathroom after 2 month working with them.

Terrible service,quality and response time. Do not use as a contractor or as an inspector.

Do not use. Took a month to install. When they finally did install on a Friday, they said I wouldn't have my plumbing hooked up until Monday. When I complained they basically said too bad. Had company that weekend and they knew that as well.
