We used Flowers by Shirley for our daughter's wedding. Wendel went above and beyond with every single aspect of our experience. Everything was absolutely stunning and the personalized attention was extraordinary! I would give a 10-star if the option was available!
I haven't had occasion to order flowers in some time,but have always known Flowers by Shirley to be a great family run business.
My expectations were exceeded by the care & service I received from Mary this week. Not only did she text me pictures of two orchids so I could choose my favorite,but she also added some extra decorations to the plants pot to make the flower arrangement more beautiful. ..and all after I had completed the order! She called to let me know what she had done and the plant was delivered in under 2 hours....It is this kind of amazing service that 800 numbers just can't emulate....Flowers by Shirley lives up to its flawless reputation.
I wanted to have flowers delivered to 137 Sumter Road, Starkville MS 39759 WHICH is ONLY 7 minutes away from Flowers by Shirley - BUT they want deliver! I can see they really are not willing to help a customer!

Customer service is non existent. Relatives placed an order for my parents and bc we couldn't be home at a convenient time for them to deliver they preferred to leave the flowers out in the 85 degree heat to wilt instead of working out a delivery time. When I called to speak to a manager ab this the "manager" was rude and wanted me to just cancel the order instead of trying to please customer and work something out. Being a Bowling Green native, I have heard nothing but bad things ab this place anyway. Take your business somewhere else, like Deemers, where they care ab their customers.

goes be on the call for service. I have'nt had this kind service in a long time . Delivered on time and my best freind was out of town for her birthday. Shirley called to leave a message to let her know to please check by the front door when she returns home. My friend check her messages and found out the flowers where left she immediately called Flowers by Shirley Page, asked if she would go back and pick them up she would not be home until the next day.She was so polite and went back and re delivered with know charge.. Thank you There is still some nice people left in the world....
