- Swedish Massage1) Swedish Massage Techniques – 100 hours: Swedish massage provides the base for any massage program. Swedish is a series of strokes applied to the body with oil. There are many different forms of Swedish massage. Our approach is to teach a sequence of performing those strokes. We believe in giving a relaxing treatment that will also be therapeutic.
- Deep Tissue Massage$75Our school is the most established and comprehensive program in the area with over 25 years of students graduated and working in spas, chiropractic offices, physical therapy businesses, and private practices. The school’s former 500-hour curriculum included training in Anatomy and Physiology as well as effective manual techniques that build solid, comprehensive skills. In keeping consistent with the National Board Standards and the Federation, we are moving to a 750-hour program only offered from January to November and September to June every year. We will be adding more clinical and practice hours to fine tune skills with clients. We are excited to be able to bring in people with structural issues who really need skilled hands to help them. We will also be adding more Kinesiology to our deep-tissue work.
- Hot Stone Massage$395Hot Stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. In this workshop you will learn all you need to know to add Hot Stones to your massage practice. The amazing, Leslie Bruder comes all the way from Colorado to share her deep knowledge of this technique!
- Prenatal MassageOur massage center has seven massage rooms, including a Reiki treatment room. All of our massage rooms are equipped with prenatal massage tables

- Thai Massage$50015) Thai Massage – 50 hours: Students will learn a method of movement and stretching that is done with the client fully clothed on a table. Thai massage is a progressive form of stretching similar to yoga that opens up deep tight muscles.

- Shiatsu Massage5) Shiatsu – 70 hours: The body is composed of twelve meridians that run in different lines along the body. In shiatsu, students learn how to treat these meridians and specific points along those meridians to balance energy. Each meridian is associated with an organ of the body and can be governed by our physical stress, emotions, exercise habits, and diet. Students are taught to look at the areas of imbalance and treat them to achieve balance. Study of the five elements, chakras, and feng shui are also a part of this class

- Myofascial Therapy$395In this workshop, you will learn 24 new strokes. You will also learn comprehensive recipe approaches to working on low back pain and neck pain. This course also includes basic strategies for evaluation and treatment. You will practice these strategies on clients in class. Because we will be working on people with real problems, you may learn other valuable strokes and strategies not demonstrated in class before. You do not have to be certified in the Myofascial Release Massage to take this class. As part of the seminar you will also receive a 122 page, fully illustrated manual (
